Not even a little.
It burned my throat, made my eyes water, and cleared my sinuses like wildfire — but that was it.
My body didn’t change.
My Waistline Kept Growing — No Matter What I Did
After having twins, something shifted.
Year after year, my waist slowly expanded, no matter how hard I tried to stop it.
As awful as this is to admit…
I blamed my kids for a long time.

At 145 pounds, I don’t just watch my grandkids play.
I play with them.

We chase each other.
And no one ends up collapsed on the couch afterward — especially not me.
When they leave, I feel energized instead of drained.
I don’t hope they’ll be picked up early anymore.
I want them to stay.
I can’t remember the last time I felt this good — truly good.
